COVID-19 Temporary Delivery Arrangement:
Due to the current COVID-19 epidemic situation, our delivery service is suspended to the buildings/premises listed on the compulsory testing notice. Our courier will contact you for delivery arrangements. Customers may need to collect the delivery in the lobby. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
For contactless delivery, please contact our customer service team at info@wandohk.com , and we will arrange contactless delivery for you. You will be contacted when your order has been dropped outside the door for your collection.

Sorry we are not delivering to outlying islands or internationally at the moment. Please note for buildings without a lift the courier may charge an additional fee per floor, we encourage that customers add this to the additional note when ordering.

Free delivery - Free delivery is for Hong Kong address only and total check out order value after any added discount or offers , has to be over $350 HKD.

Delivery Fee- There will be a $50 HKD delivery charge for orders under the value of $350 HKD.
